A roadmap that lied in both directions
I audited every epic in roadmap/epics/ against the actual source tree, because I had stopped trusting the status lines.
A two-hour spike killed a two-week epic
@cia/react was on the roadmap for about two weeks: take the React block out of each recipe, generate a component per recipe, publish a package.
A green check that proved nothing
A consumer reported that upgrading broke their theme validation.
